Triangle of longevity
Human longevity is caused by 15%-20% heredity factors, 80%-85% by life style. Based on this theory, scientists have modelized our longevity as an equilateral triangle. The larger it’s square, the longer our life time. The base side of triangle stands for heredity factor, 2 other sides stand for life’s style: nutrient and mental exercise. That mean if somebody was weak-innate but supported by good and reasonable nutrient condition, regularly exercises, work and relax in moderation, healthy manners and sustainable mental health…they must get long life-time.

It is the shape of scissors edges, reflect the difference, the larger angle the more different.
Human may be like that way: from 40 years old, since physiological and psychological functions get down (strong pressure from family and society…), the 2 shapes will go far away from each other, effect to health and life time. Therefore, from this age, people should pay more attention on their health, re-adjust their goals, improve social relationships and family, moderate work and relax.
"1 and 0" model
1; 10; 100; 1.000; 10.000; 100.000; 1.000.000;... may be reflected as HAPPINESS. If Health is “1”, all others (position, money, love, success, family…) are “0”, so that: without “1”, this number values as zero. The more “0” numbers after “1”, the higher value of HAPPINESS. It may lead to the conclusion yourself.
Golden formula for health
Planton have long been discovered special number: 0,618 (appr. 6/10) – named as a golden number, it can calculate many process and activity to obtain best formula. Such as most people feel best convenient at 22-24oC, (= our body temp. X 0.618), work/relax ratio should be 0,618. Every meals should contain raw and fine food at 6/4 ratio…

Factors that effect to human life-time may be divided into active and passive. Active factor increases life-time. Russian scientist V. Simalopsky have been discovered this formula:
Life time = (stable mind + exercise + reasonable nutrient): (lazy + smoking + alcohol)
Happiness index
Essential factor that makes you happy or unhappy is not “success” or “failure” but by “expectation value” of any activity. The most important thing is “expectation value” you want is suitable with real life condition or not:
Happiness = real value : expectation value
According to this formula, the higher expectation value (sex, money, position…) the worse happiness people get.
Happiness feeling actually is not directly proportional to number of possession. So that, at the given understanding, happiness is just satisfied feeling based on reasonable “expectation value”.
