New Confocal microscope in Kimhae

1- There are some new features of this apparatus: * UV/VIS laser light source * CCD camera for live cell monitoring * Temperature controller * Upgrade LSM510META software * 02 Additive off-line computers 2- Available laser sources: 405-458-477-488-514-543-633nm 3- Availabe filter set: LP420 LP475 LP505 BP420-480 BP465-510IR BP505-530 BP 505-575IR LP505 LP560 LP615 LP650 BP505-530 BP505-550 BP520-555IR BP560-615IR 4- Additional splitter compared with Medical school system: HFT405/488, NFT KP 545 5- I think this system can not support to measure some lower excitation such as Fura2, SBFI, PBFI, NADH...but we can detect ER (ERTrack Blue), DAPI, LysoTracker Blue which availabe in our Lab. Therefore, Photometry PTI system is still best for Fura2, PBFI and NADH now.
